13/2 - Tried Matcha Bubble Tea (Hot!) - Unsual texture but nice, would drink it again, though would try and sook up the bubbles earlier in the experience as I ended up with too many left at the end to chew without tea.

Bubble tea
Bubble tea, also known as pearl (milk) tea or boba (milk) tea, is a Taiwanese tea drink that originated from tea shops in Taichung, Taiwan during the 1980s. Drink recipes may vary, but most bubble teas contain a tea base mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup) and/or milk. Ice-blended versions of the drinks, similar to slushies, are also available, usually in fruit flavors. Bubble tea contains small chewy tapioca balls (粉圓 fenyuan), commonly called "pearls" (珍珠 zhenzhu).
