Go whitewater rafting

I did a half-day whitewater rafting excursion on the lower New River. I admit I was pretty scared going into it (I almost backed out), but it was so much fun that I want to go back and do a full day.

A 6 degree whitewater river is not navigable and is really dangerous. A guided single-day trip starts from $25 and up to $115 per person.
