Went snorkeling around Menjangan Island in Bali
Went snorkelling at Sodwana Bay -- four dolphins swam right underneath me! From the boat we also saw the shadow of a hammerhead shark and a pod of Risso's dolphins which was really cool because they usually stay in deep water and don't come so close to shore (our skipper said he'd never seen them before and he'd worked there all his life).
In Honduras in Little Kay island :)
There's a lot of fish off the coast of Nha Trang in Vietnam, even though there isn't a lot of live coral... The best part of snorkelling is how peaceful it seems, the worst part is how sunburned you get in areas you don't realise are exposed to the sun.
