Chocolate Ginger Cookies turned out great. Delicious!
I've been clipping recipes for years - and never making them. So the "cookbook" I selected was the notebook of clippings. I am attempting a chocolate ginger cookie. The dough is chilling in the fridge right now.
I want to use the Joy of Cooking, Julia Child's book, or the equivalent Italian book for this.
