Haven't hit snooze on my alarm in six weeks, so considering this done for now. Will see how winter goes.
18/05/2021 Completed the 21 days challenge to get better sleep. Turning off all screens an hour before bed and charging my phone away from the bed really helped to get slightly better sleep. Not quite there yet but a good start
Started 10-12-19 with doctor's help
Having to report for work at a high school at 7:30 am forced me into this.
