Started off on Monday with a total of 5 laps and slowly added an additional lap per day. On Friday (today), Lucy and I ran 10 laps around St. Patrick School's track field at a total of 4km. Goal accomplished - thanks to having a running buddy!
Once I'm fitter I think I might do this to keep me fit for training~
