Learn how to drive stick shift

Asked my friend if he's be willing 1/9/15

I have drove stick shift but I'm not good. I want to be able to be comfortable driving stick shift in case of emergency and also because I want to own a VW van some day, all of which (the models I want) are stick shift.

I did it! I had a friend who knew I was working on this list and surprised me by driving over in his jeep and handing me the keys. He was kind enough to tutor me and let me drive around on country and city roads for an hour!
