Vanilla ice cream over cinnamon waffles with maple syrup and homemade whipped cream.
This morning I finished off my milk chocolate flavoured ice cream that I also brought from Duck Island ice Cream, my favourite ice cream store. It was really nice and something different for breakfast. I could have made pancakes or something to have with the ice cream, but I didn't feel like cooking.

I had yummy vanilla Carte Dor Ice Cream for breakfast today as it's international eat ice cream for breakfast day.
Eating ice cream for breakfast is a lot harder than it sounds. I kind of had to talk myself into it this morning but I bought the ice cream especially for tis occasion.
