I created a "daily glimmers" journal in my Notion app. Every day, I sit down and list at least 3 things that brought me joy, made me feel calm, safe, connected, and grateful.
This way, it's easier for me to find things worth listing; they mean something to me, I remember my days better, and don't just add random things.
Like the Day Zero journal, this proved to be more stressful than helpful, with me feeling bad about forgetting to write in it. I do not consider these as failed since I tried and just realized that it was not something I wanted to continue doing.
