Hollyhock House
The Hollyhock House, a masterpiece by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, stands as an iconic example of Mayan Revival style in Los Angeles, constructed between 1919 and 1921 for oil heiress Aline Barnsdall. Inspired by the hollyhock flower, its design incorporates geometric motifs, open courtyards, and seamless integration with the surrounding landscape, now preserved as a UNESCO World Heritage site and public cultural venue.
