9/17/13 - Week 2, Day 2 DONE
9/4/13: Week 2, Day 1 - DONE. Shaking, it was very tough, but I did it.
Purchased the Just 6 Weeks app that also has the situps, pullups, squats and dips challenges. Started day 1 of the pushups challenge and hit 30 pushups. I did my initial dips test and made it to 10 dips. (I fared much better with lower body and core work.)
Hurt my shoulder. Will have to put this on hold for awhile...
Week 3 Day 1 Done! Whew!
The goal seems so far away, but, I'm still moving forward.
Almost forgot. Got today's done.
Another day's done. Still tough to get through but can feel my form has improved.
I so did not want to do these today, but, I did them. Week 1 day 3 Done!

1/14/13: Initial Test - 6 push ups performed. This means I begin on week 2.
I found an app on my iphone that walks me through a 100 Push Up challenge. Started 12/24/12.
DAY 1

SET 5 max (at least 20)
