Okay so I changed it to low sugar,no treats. I don't really care if I do absolutely no sugar whatsoever.
Okay, Special Agent LadyBug Reporting XD Reducing sugar intake by not adding any to beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa) was a smart first step, taking into consideration how much of those drinks I consume on daily basis. The best time to cut on sugar is during the warm/hot weather.
I don't think I'll be able to fall back into habbit of drinking tea with sugar. Tastes terrible.
