Thanks to wearing an Apple Watch starting June 1, I was able to complete this challenge in just 8 days! Best thing I could have done to get fit.
1 mile a day, running, track time to see how fast I can get.

Got behind a couple days so Betz and I rollerbladed 6 miles today -- added in a little extra for good measure. Two days left!
Still going strong on the 21st! I've missed a couple days, but I make them up on rollerblades, adding in a few extra miles as well. :)
Typically, I've started this, was right on track, and now I'm sick. I don't think I'll be able to bounce back from it and achieve the goal. Sending back to the "Not Started" pile. :(
We're 1/3 of the way through the month and I'm not quite 1/3 of the way through my miles... gotta get my act together!
Started 9/6/15 1 mile with Betz and Em. Speed walked barefoot to beat an incoming thunderstorm. lol
So by now with my Fitbit I've figured out how many miles I go on an average day. My goal is to do a 30 Miles in 30 Days *on top of* my current average.
I just bought a Fitbit Charge which, while more expensive than your average watch, tells time, counts steps, and measures mileage. Then it shows you charts and stuff! I wasn't sure if this was an unnecessary/frivolous purchase or not, but it's looking like a very good one.
Day 1 - July 4 - Wenonah Woods (Eggert Trail and Wenonah Lake Loop)*- 1.2 miles

Day 2 - July 5 - Timber Creek Park* and Old Pine Farm Natural Land Trust - 1.2 miles

Day 3 - July 6 - Lake Narraticon* - 1.5 miles

* = new-to-me trails!
