About this

Boston cream pie

A Boston Cream Pie is a delightful dessert that features two layers of tender sponge cake sandwiching a rich, velvety custard filling. This classic treat is topped with a smooth, glossy chocolate ganache that adds a decadent touch. Originating in Boston, it’s more of a cake than a pie, despite its name, and offers a perfect balance of creamy and cakey textures in every bite.
