Yesterday was a bad day. Ate lots of crap. Will try to do better today. My weight is really depressing me and I have to do something.
Lost from 147 lbs down to 115 lbs as of the end of April 2017!!!

As of June 2018, maintaining weight between 115 and 118 lbs for over a year!

I started May 30th at 204 pounds...
I would like for my weight to be between 155 and 160. It may be a bit different if my working out adds muscle but I don't anticipate that being a major factor.
