I think I might just order a paint by number. This will help me overcome my fear of getting started and be more likely to result in a fun end piece. I might order one of these from etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/790874893/paint-by-number-custom-pet-paint-by?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=custom+paint+by+number&ref=sr_gallery-1-5&organic_search_click=1&pro=1&frs=1 of Nala and Mari. I like the funky colored one
At Walmart I bought a 2-pack of canvases, a brush set, & a paint set.
Now I have to find a picture, carbon copy it onto the canvas like I learned how to do in HS with drawings in art class, probably Sharpie the outlines of the carbon copy (which I'm guessing will bleed & turn into a mess), & then paint.
This should be a great disaster.

First time painting!
although this wasn't the first canvas I painted, it was one of them, so here is a glance of it if your curious!
Even if it's painted in one solid color. Baby steps. And a canvas painted in blackboard paint is sure tempting....
