Taliesin West
Taliesin West is a desert architectural complex in Scottsdale, Arizona, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright as his winter home and studio beginning in 1937. It incorporates local materials like desert rocks and canvas roofs to blend with the Sonoran Desert environment, and today it functions as the headquarters for the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and School of Architecture, with status as a National Historic Landmark and UNESCO World Heritage site.
