Circumspect

Wary and unwilling to take risks. “His circumspect approach to investing.”
Week 2: Dadrock. Meaning Rock music which appeals to an older generation, or is heavily influenced by that of an earlier era, esp. the 1960s. Also: rock music performed or recorded by male musicians who have had a relatively long career. This word was invented in 1994, the year of my birth.
Week 1: Bumptious. Meaning irritatingly self-assertive, arrogant, cocky. I can think of a few people this applies to ;)
