Achocha - AKA Stuffing Cucumber, as grown by a friend in her garden.
Green, softly spiky, hollow inside once you remove the weird flat black seeds, and raw it tastes like a cross between a green pepper and a cucumber. Apparently they are tasty in stir fries.
