On Sunday we went to The Deep in Hull and it was spectacular. I didn't take many photos as my camera struggled in the low light but I did get one or two that weren't as fuzzy! They had some really interesting looking animals, like the sawfish, pufferfish and unicorn fish. My favourite had to be the rays they had there. I was surprised how large they were to be honest. I knew rays can be big, but when you're that close to them - wow. Just breathtaking. They had some beautiful jellyfish, and a really interesting evolutionary timeline intro to the whole exhibit. We discovered that they have a restaurant in the heart of the aquarium, so you can eat "underwater". You have to pre-book the restaurant, so I guess I'll just have to go back again!
