Put together a disaster preparedness kit

A goal of Alanna on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.
Have made a folder with lists of suggestions for a Bug Out Bag (which is basically what I'm making), and I'll put together the work/escape from a building version too. And have started to research specific types/brands of items I'd like to gather.
