grow and shape a bonsai tree from a seed

I planted three Royal Poinciana seeds on October 12, 2025. One seedling sprouted on October 24, 2025 and I moved it to a larger pot. A second seedling appeared a couple of weeks later in mid-November, and I replanted it in a separate pot in mid-December, but it died over the winter. The first seedling thrived and I tended to it for the next several months. On May 14, 2026 I transplanted it into a bonsai pot after trimming its roots, and I wired its trunk for shaping. I carefully bent it into an s-curve and then heavily trimmed its foliage. For a first attempt, I am very happy with how it turned out, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with it as it regrows leaves and requires further shaping.I planted three Royal Poinciana seeds on October 12, 2025.
