ALS has really weakened my hands and battered my handwriting. I've made it worse by not using my hands. I'm going old school again with taking notes in a spiral-bound notebook, rather than a computer, and I'm writing more handwritten cards and letters. The United States Postal Service will be seeing a significant increase in the sales of postage stamps...and I offer a preemptive apology to the excessive work hours I will cause the adorable little mollusks delivering my snail mail.
