Don't swear for a week

A goal of Emerson on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.
4.5 hours to go before I complete this goal. I am cautiously optimistic. Of course next week is no complaining week, so this week is mostly a warm up .

Started this goal 6/9/13. 38 minutes in and I already feel compelled to swear...hence the need to "swear off" for the week (heh, heh).
