Go rock climbing
A goal of Wendy on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Not Started.
indoorclimbing.com/california.htm has a list of places to go climbing. There is also a rock climbing wall at CSU Fullerton. I should train beforehand, especially upper body exercises.
