Kayla gave us a breadmaker and we made our first loaf Sunday 28th February
Bread! A pretty wonky looking loaf, but my gf assures me that just comes with practice. I was really intimidated by this for a long time, but I found a really good step by step guide and my gf helped out a lot. It was actually a lot easier than I expected. Super proud to have a homemade loaf of bread finally.
Had this goal back in 2012 and ended up baking flour bricks. I'm happy to report that the 2018 version turned out way better!
Beer bread - It didn't turn out as well as I had hoped but it was still edible.
