I've requested a book from the library about gluten-free baking that has a section on sourdough.
2nd attempt was a success. It doesn’t look like the best loaf of bread in the world but it does taste amazing.
I thought I was going to get a big fluffy loaf of bread. It looked great after the 1st rise, however it didn't rise at all durning the second rising. I'll have to try again.
I have to first make my starter which should take around a week.
Sourdough starter is on the go.
