I wouldn't say we "built" it so much as "assembled" it, but it gets the job done. We'll check back in when we get our first batch of compost!
4th Apr '12 - We have moved house and want a better compost bin, so I'll be building a new one soon
13th Nov '11 - we did this about a month ago. Under the first bit of advice we found, we drilled holes in the box (it's only a tiny compost bin for now) but have found it would be best without. That's the only thing I'd say hasn't gone well, since it leaks sometimes. We had loads of pumpkin to put in it after Halloween and it was just too much water! I underestimated the amount of shredded paper I needed to soak it up.
