I actually did this one again. I went to a regional restaurant that was severely understaffed (to the point of closing off large portions of seating) and had to sit at the bar. The one woman at the bar never got a chance to stop between serving the people at the bar and making drinks. So I left a 100% tip and got out before she could see.
